Angela Roggenhofer returns to the Tacoma Buddhist Temple for a second session in qi gong and tai chi. Based in Gig Harbor, she is proficient in teaching multiple tai chi forms, including the traditional 24-posture Yang form as well as sword and fan forms.
Angela’s top priority is creating a safe, non-competitive, and non-intimidating environment where beginners feel welcome and supported. Her classes emphasize balance, breath awareness, proper alignment, and smooth, connected movement, helping students build confidence while enjoying the lifelong health benefits of mindful practice.
Who can attend? All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Registration: no cost and donations are welcome. Class size is limited. Sign-up in the temple lobby, RSVP online, or email Carrie at taiko411@gmail.com.
