About the event

SPIRIT - helps to enhance the flow of Qi (vital energy) within the body

MIND - dynamic form of moving meditation which helps bring about calm and peace of mind 

BODY - gently exercising the whole body while improving balance 


Instructor: 

Angela Roggenhofer began practicing tai chi in 2018 and now teaches Yang-style tai chi and qi gong as a part-time instructor following her retirement. Based in Gig Harbor, she is proficient in teaching multiple tai chi forms, including the traditional 24-posture Yang form as well as sword and fan forms.


Angela’s top priority is creating a safe, non-competitive, and non-intimidating environment where beginners feel welcome and supported. Her classes emphasize balance, breath awareness, proper alignment, and smooth, connected movement, helping students build confidence while enjoying the lifelong health benefits of mindful practice.


Who can attend?  All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. We may go outside to the garden if the weather permits.
